Volume discounts, answered.
How does the volume discount work?
The discount is set by your number of active managed VPS servers and applies to the base price of every server on the account: 1 server is standard pricing, 2 servers earn 5%, 3 earn 10%, 4 earn 15%, and 5 or more earn 20%. It recurs on every invoice for as long as the servers stay active.
Does the discount apply to all my servers or just the new ones?
All of them. When your fourth server activates, all four are billed at 15% off their base price from the next invoice. The tier is calculated from your total active server count, not per order.
Does it stack with annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 17% versus monthly, and the volume discount applies on top of the base price you pay. Five servers on annual billing get both.
What is excluded?
Software licenses (cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin and similar) are billed at full cost and carry no discount, along with one-off fees. The base managed VPS price of every server always qualifies.
Can I automate reselling from my own WHMCS?
Yes. A WHMCS provisioning module is available for customers who resell: your WHMCS creates, suspends, and terminates accounts on your RemarkableCloud servers automatically as your own clients order and pay. Contact us and we set it up with you.
How is this different from the affiliate program?
The volume discount is for customers who own and pay for the servers: agencies, hosting providers, and teams running multiple servers. The affiliate program is for people who refer customers to us and earn a 20% recurring commission without owning the infrastructure. Same 20% ceiling, opposite sides of the invoice.
