Price questions get the price first.
How does the volume discount work?
Your number of active managed servers sets the discount, and it applies to the base price of every server on the account: one server is the standard price, two earn 5%, three 10%, four 15%, and five or more 20%. It repeats on every invoice for as long as the servers stay active.
Does it apply to all my servers or only the new ones?
All of them. When your fourth server activates, all four are billed at 15% off their base price from the next invoice. The tier comes from your total of active servers, not from each order.
Does it stack with 12-month billing?
Yes. 12-month billing saves 17% against monthly, and the volume discount applies on top. Five servers of SC-8GB on 12 months come to $21.34/mo each instead of $32/mo month to month.
What is not discounted?
Panel licenses (cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin and similar) are billed separately and carry no discount, and neither do one-off fees. The base managed VPS price of every server always qualifies.
Can I resell from my own WHMCS?
Yes. Our WHMCS provisioning module creates, suspends and terminates accounts on your RemarkableCloud servers as your own clients order and pay. Contact us and we set it up with you.
How is this different from the affiliate program?
The volume discount is for customers who own and pay for the servers: agencies, hosting providers and teams with several servers. The affiliate program is for people who refer customers and earn 20% recurring without owning the servers. The same 20%, on opposite sides of the invoice.
