FAQ
Questions about the templates
Are the templates free?
Yes. Download them, import them and change anything you like. You pay only for the services they call, such as Zabio for AI and the messaging apps under their own pricing.
Why do they use Zabio?
Zabio is one OpenAI-compatible key for Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and more. Its auto routing picks the lowest-cost model that can do each step, keeps conversations on its side, and also handles transcription, images and voice, so a template needs one credential instead of four.
Do they work on n8n Cloud?
Yes. They use built-in nodes only, so they import on n8n Cloud and on self-hosted n8n. Some, like the WhatsApp assistant, need n8n to be reachable over HTTPS so the app can deliver messages.
How do I import one?
Download the JSON from the template page, then in n8n open Workflows and choose Import from File. It arrives inactive, with empty credentials, and the setup guide walks you through the rest.

Yes. Our AI servers come with n8n installed and managed: updates, monitoring and a firewall, with engineers who can look at your workflow when something breaks.
