Yes. Full root on KVM means real Docker: Compose stacks, private registries, whatever your app needs.
What about zero-downtime deploys?
Dokploy and Coolify both support health-checked rolling deploys, and daily snapshots add an instant rollback of the whole machine.
Does this cost less than a PaaS?
