The platform underneath is fully covered as always: updates, snapshots, dual offsite backups, monitoring, firewall, mail. The app itself joins the routine to the extent it can be routinized, and we are honest with you about that line.
The app is $0. The managed server is the only bill, and everything above is part of it.
How does a Custom App Install work?
