Apps / n8n

Managed n8n hosting.
One server, no app limits.

Self-hosted workflow automation: connect your apps and let the flows run 24/7 on a server that is monitored for you.

What it is

n8n is the workflow automation platform: 400+ integrations, a visual editor, code steps when you need them, and AI-agent nodes, self-hosted so executions are unlimited and the data stays home.

Minimum RAM

2 GB

Fits on SC-2GB; SC-4GB is the comfortable pick with room to stack.

What we install

The playbook deploys the current n8n with PostgreSQL as its production database, HTTPS on the editor and webhooks, queue mode with Redis when your volume calls for it, credentials encrypted at rest, and the service supervised.

What managed covers

Platform, database, and server updates with snapshots first; daily snapshots plus dual offsite backups of workflows and credentials; monitoring on the executions that run your business; the managed firewall.

The app is $0. The managed server is the only bill, and everything above is part of it.

What does managed n8n hosting include?

A production n8n on Postgres with reachable webhooks, encrypted credentials, backups, and monitoring, at flat server pricing with no execution meter. The per-execution pricing of hosted automation simply does not exist here.

Why does execution-based pricing matter?

Because automation that works gets used: a workflow polling every minute is forty-three thousand executions a month before it does anything useful. Metered platforms bill that; your own n8n just runs it. Heavy automators save real money the first month.

Do webhooks and integrations work?

Yes: your server has a stable HTTPS URL, so inbound webhooks from Stripe, GitHub, forms, and the rest arrive directly. Outbound, the 400+ nodes connect with your credentials, which never transit a third-party automation cloud.

Can n8n run AI workflows?

Yes, and self-hosting is the natural home for it: the AI nodes can call OpenAI and friends, or point at an Ollama from this same catalog for fully local models. Private data through private models on your own server is a stack only self-hosters get.

Stack it

n8n runs well with.

Same server, no extra bill. These are the companions our team installs next to n8n most often.

PostgreSQL

+1 GB

The engineers’ database. Installed, tuned for your RAM, and backed up twice offsite.

Redis

+1 GB

In-memory cache and queue. The cheapest speed upgrade most stacks never install. Pairs with everything.

Frequently asked questions

How much RAM does n8n need?

2 GB with Postgres suits most automation; heavy parallel workflows move to queue mode with Redis and 4 GB.

Are my credentials safe?

Encrypted at rest with an instance key, on a server behind the managed firewall, backed up daily. Rotating the key is supported and documented.

Is this the full n8n?

The full Community Edition, every node included. If you hold an enterprise license, it deploys here just as well.
