This n8n workflow watches your blog feed and changelog, or takes any URL you paste. Zabio writes a post for each network and draws the image. A WhatsApp message brings you a review page where you edit, pick the networks and publish now or later, through Upload-Post or Blotato.

What it does
Written for each network, posted only when you say so
Feeds, changelogs or a URL
It reads RSS and Atom feeds and changelog pages every 2 hours, one entry per heading. A form takes any other page. The first run of a feed drafts only the newest item.
One source, seven formats
An X post and a short thread, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, Facebook, an Instagram caption and a TikTok title and caption, each written to that network's length.
An image when it is needed
Zabio draws one picture for the post, without text or logos, when Instagram or TikTok are on, or for every post if you choose.
Approved on WhatsApp
You get a link to a review page: every post in an editable box, the image, the networks to tick, and publish now, schedule or skip.
Now or at a set time
Upload-Post or Blotato publish the posts, or schedule them for the time you type. The page shows each network's result and link.

Create the social_sources and social_posts data tables.

Add a row to social_sources for each feed, changelog or brand.

FAQ
Questions about this template
Is the template free?
Yes. You pay Zabio for the posts and images, Upload-Post or Blotato for publishing, and Meta for the WhatsApp template messages.
Does anything get posted without me?
No. Every post waits for you on the review page. If nobody answers within 48 hours, the draft is marked expired and nothing is published.
Why a link instead of approving inside WhatsApp?
WhatsApp only lets a business message you first with an approved template, and a template can't hold seven editable posts. The link opens a page where you edit everything and publish in one step.
Upload-Post or Blotato?
Either. Upload-Post gets one request per network with the image as a file; Blotato gets one post per network with the image hosted on Blotato first. Set publisher on each source.
Can it post in Spanish?
Yes. Set language to es on a source and the posts, the review page and the result page are in Spanish.
Does my site need an RSS feed?
For automatic posts, a feed or a changelog page with one heading per entry. Without one, paste URLs in the form.
