This n8n workflow reads 28 days of Search Console data and finds pages just below the top results, titles that underperform, searches with no good page and pages competing with each other. Zabio writes the fixes. It also asks models from five AI vendors the questions your customers ask, and records whether they name you or your competitors.

What it does
Fixes you can paste, and a scorecard for AI search
Pages close to the top
Queries at positions 4 to 15 with real impressions, grouped by page. They are usually the fastest wins in search.
Copy you can paste
A new title and description, a 2 or 3 sentence opening that answers the main search, the questions the page misses, FAQ and internal links. Missing facts come back as [placeholders], never invented.
Gaps and overlaps
Searches where no page ranks get a brief for a new page. Pairs of pages competing for the same search get a recommendation.
What AI says about you
Your questions go to GPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek and Mistral models through one Zabio key. You see who gets named, in what order, and the sentence about you.
Week over week
Mentions per model are stored, so the report puts this week next to last week, with 8 weeks of visits from AI assistants in GA4.
At batch prices
Every job runs as a Zabio background request with a 24-hour deadline, which goes to the batch queue at about half the list price.

Setup
About ten minutes after the daily watch

Set up the daily watch first, or create its seo_sites table and Google credential.

Create the seo_weekly and seo_ai_visibility data tables.

Add brand_names, competitors and ai_prompts to each site in seo_sites.

Import the workflow and add the Google, Zabio and SMTP credentials.

Choose the models to ask in Weekly Settings.

Activate it. The report arrives within a day of Monday's run.

FAQ
Questions about this template
Is the template free?
Yes. You pay Zabio for the review and the AI questions, at batch prices, and your email provider for sending.
Is AI visibility the same as what ChatGPT shows?
Not exactly. The models answer from what they learned in training, without searching the web. That shows what they know about you; GA4's visits from AI assistants show the traffic you actually get. The report shows both.
Which models does it ask?
By default GPT-5 mini, Claude Haiku 5.5, Gemini 3.5 Flash Lite, DeepSeek V4 Flash and Mistral Small, through one Zabio key. You can change the list to any chat model Zabio serves.
Will it change my pages?
No. It writes suggestions, and you or your developer decide what to publish. Facts the model can't see come back as placeholders in brackets.
Why does the report arrive after Monday morning?
Jobs go to Zabio's batch queue, which answers within 24 hours and usually much sooner. The workflow checks every 2 hours and sends the report when everything is back.
Do I need the daily watch?
No, but they share the seo_sites table and the Google credential, so setting up one sets up most of the other.
