The mail gateway sits between the internet and your server for all email traffic. Mail is inspected, scored, and filtered before it ever touches your Cloud Cube.
Inbound filtering — Rspamd
All incoming mail is filtered through Rspamd at the network edge. Spam, phishing, and malicious emails are rejected before they queue on your server — protecting both inbox and server resources.
Outbound relay — MailChannels SMTP
Outbound mail routes through MailChannels, a trusted SMTP relay with excellent deliverability. Your emails land in inboxes, not spam folders — and your server IP stays clean.
IP reputation protection
Because outbound mail routes through MailChannels, your server's IP is never exposed as the sender. Your IP reputation stays pristine regardless of what your users send.
Why it matters
Spam that never arrives doesn't consume server resources.
Server-side spam filtering still loads the server. Gateway filtering eliminates the load before it ever arrives.
