Features / Fully Managed

What does fully managed actually include?

Everything at the platform and server level is our job: monitoring, patching, firewall, mail, backups, and 24/7 human support, included in one price, while you keep full root and control of your applications.

How it works, technically

The division of labor is explicit. We handle the operating system and its security patching, the monitoring loop, the firewall and IDS, the mail path in both directions, the backup and snapshot layers, and every incident at any hour. You handle your applications, content, and business, with full root retained, managed does not mean locked down.

The structural difference from most of the industry is the absence of tiers: there is no unmanaged base price with management sold back as add-ons, and no support levels where speed costs extra. One price includes the whole platform, which also makes the comparison math honest: you are pricing a running system, not a kit of parts.

FAQ

Fully Managed, answered.

Do I lose root access on a managed server?

No. Full root, your own kernel, your packages. We manage the platform underneath and stay out of your applications unless you ask.

Is support really included for everything?

Everything at the server and platform level, and we go beyond it in practice: if your app is misbehaving, our engineers help diagnose rather than deflect.

What is explicitly my responsibility?

Your application code, its updates, your content, and your business logic. The line is clear so nothing falls between chairs.

Your server runs. You sleep.

Fully managed hosting from people who have been doing this since 2001.
