How does the 500% SLA work?
For every hour your Cube is unreachable, we credit your account 5 hours of service automatically. There are no thresholds to cross, no minimum downtime, and no paperwork to file. If your Cube is down for 1 hour, you get 5 hours of credit back. Most providers only credit you after monthly uptime drops below 99%. We credit from minute one.
Is migration really free?
Yes. Free server migration is included with every Cloud Cube, regardless of tier. We move your sites, databases, mail accounts, DNS records, and configuration from your existing host (cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, or any shared hosting provider) to your new Cloud Cube. No charge, no caveats, no minimum commitment.
How long does a typical migration take?
Most migrations are completed within 24 to 48 hours from the time we receive read-only access to your existing host. Larger or more complex setups take longer, and we schedule the actual DNS cutover at a time that works for your traffic patterns. Your existing host stays online and unchanged during the entire process.
Can I run any software on a Cloud Cube?
Yes. Cloud Cubes run full Linux VPS instances with root-level control. You can install WordPress, Laravel, Node.js, Python, Ruby, Go, Java, .NET, custom binaries, game servers, or anything else you can run on Linux. Available operating systems include Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, CloudLinux, and Windows Server 2025.
Do you support cPanel, Plesk, or DirectAdmin?
Yes. You can install cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, Webuzo, or Enhance on any Cloud Cube. Third-party software licenses are billed at full price (not discounted) and added to your monthly invoice. We also offer RemarkablePanel, our included hosted control panel, free with every Cube.
How is RemarkablePanel different from cPanel?
RemarkablePanel is a hosted control panel built on the Enhance platform. The panel software runs on our infrastructure rather than on your Cube, which frees up your server resources for actual workloads. RemarkablePanel supports multi-server clusters, sub-resellers, and your own branding. The first user account is free with every Cube; additional accounts are $0.15 per month each.
Can I host multiple sites on one Cloud Cube?
Yes. You can host unlimited sites on a Cloud Cube up to the resource capacity of your tier. Disk space, RAM, and CPU are dedicated to your Cube and not shared with other customers. The only limit is what fits within your plan's specifications.
What if I outgrow my Cloud Cube tier?
You can upgrade to a larger plan at any time with no downtime and no migration fee. We resize your Cube online, your sites stay running, and billing prorates automatically. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades are supported through the same process.
Where are your servers located?
All Cloud Cubes run on enterprise dedicated infrastructure in US data centers. The network uses 100% NVMe storage, non-oversold resources, and 50 Gbps DDoS protection at the network edge. RemarkableCloud has been operating in this infrastructure category since 2001.
How fast does support respond?
Most support requests are answered by a human within 15 to 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We don't outsource support and we don't route requests through layered ticket queues. You reach engineers who can actually fix things.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees on any Cloud Cube plan. Monthly billing customers can cancel at any time and pay only for the time used. Annual prepay customers receive a prorated refund for unused months under our money-back terms.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
