How it works, technically
Volumetric attacks work by drowning a target in traffic. The defense has to happen upstream, where capacity is bigger than the flood: our network edge inspects incoming traffic and diverts attack patterns into scrubbing before they reach the rack, so the junk never competes with your visitors for your bandwidth.
Mitigation is always-on rather than reactive: detection and filtering engage automatically within the network, not after a support ticket. Combined with the managed firewall behind it, the result is layered: floods die at the edge, targeted attacks die at the appliance, and what reaches your VPS is traffic.
