Filtered at the gateway — not after it arrives.
Most spam filters run on the server — the mail still arrives and gets processed. Our antispam runs at the network edge, so filtered mail never reaches your Cloud Cube at all.
Inbound protection — Rspamd
All inbound mail is scored by Rspamd before delivery. Spam, phishing, and malware attachments are rejected at the SMTP level — they never enter your mail queue.
Outbound protection — MailChannels
Outbound mail routes through MailChannels, which filters outbound spam before delivery. If a compromised account sends spam, it's caught at the gateway — not after your IP ends up on a blacklist.
IP reputation maintained automatically
Because your server's IP is never the outbound sender, your IP reputation is protected by design — not by manual intervention after a blacklisting incident.

A blacklisted IP can take your email offline for days.
IP reputation issues from outbound spam are one of the most common and disruptive email problems on self-managed servers. Gateway filtering prevents them by design.
