What we install
The playbook deploys the current EspoCRM on PHP with a tuned MariaDB, HTTPS forced, cron running the schedulers, IMAP/SMTP connected through the managed mail path, and the daemon jobs supervised.

Platform, PHP, and database updates with snapshots first; daily snapshots plus dual offsite backups of the customer base; monitoring, the managed firewall, and two-way email that works.
The app is $0. The managed server is the only bill, and everything above is part of it.

Does email sync work?
Yes, and it is configured as part of the install: group and personal IMAP accounts thread into records, and outbound goes through the authenticated gateway. A CRM without working email is a spreadsheet; this one works.
