Apps / EspoCRM

Managed EspoCRM hosting.
One server, no app limits.

A fast, light CRM that your team will actually use.

What it is

EspoCRM is a fast, clean CRM: leads, deals, a real pipeline view, email threading, and workflows, self-hosted so the per-seat meter that makes SaaS CRMs expensive simply is not there.

Minimum RAM

2 GB

Fits on SC-2GB; SC-4GB is the comfortable pick with room to stack.

What we install

The playbook deploys the current EspoCRM on PHP with a tuned MariaDB, HTTPS forced, cron running the schedulers, IMAP/SMTP connected through the managed mail path, and the daemon jobs supervised.

What managed covers

Platform, PHP, and database updates with snapshots first; daily snapshots plus dual offsite backups of the customer base; monitoring, the managed firewall, and two-way email that works.

The app is $0. The managed server is the only bill, and everything above is part of it.

What does managed EspoCRM hosting include?

The full open-source CRM, unlimited users, on a server we keep patched, monitored, and backed up twice offsite, with the email integration configured rather than left as an exercise. Flat price, entire team.

How much does per-seat CRM pricing really cost?

A ten-person team on a mid-tier SaaS CRM commonly pays several hundred dollars monthly, forever, and the price rises with every hire. The same team on self-hosted EspoCRM pays for one modest server, and seat eleven is free. The math is not subtle.

Does email sync work?

Yes, and it is configured as part of the install: group and personal IMAP accounts thread into records, and outbound goes through the authenticated gateway. A CRM without working email is a spreadsheet; this one works.

Can it pair with marketing and billing?

Naturally: Mautic for the top of the funnel, EspoCRM for the pipeline, Invoice Ninja for the money, stacked on one managed server. The small-business stack SaaS vendors sell as three subscriptions is one flat bill here.

Stack it

EspoCRM runs well with.

Same server, no extra bill. These are the companions our team installs next to EspoCRM most often.

Invoice Ninja

+2 GB

Invoicing, quotes, and payments for freelancers and agencies.

Mautic

+4 GB

Self-hosted marketing automation, sending through a mail gateway that already has a reputation.

Frequently asked questions

How much RAM does EspoCRM need?

2 GB with its database serves a typical sales team comfortably; large record volumes or heavy workflows move you up a tier.

Are extensions supported?

Yes, official and third-party extensions install normally; it is your instance. Snapshots before installs keep experiments safe.

Is the customer data protected?

Daily snapshots plus dual offsite backups, TLS in transit, and the managed firewall and IDS in front. Your pipeline is business-critical data and it is treated as such.
