Apps / Mautic
Managed Mautic hosting.
One server, no app limits.
Self-hosted marketing automation, sending through a mail gateway that already has a reputation.
What it is
Mautic is open-source marketing automation: segments, drip campaigns, landing pages, and lead scoring, self-hosted so the contact-count pricing that makes SaaS automation brutal disappears.
Minimum RAM
4 GB
Fits on SC-4GB; SC-8GB is the comfortable pick with room to stack.
What we install
The playbook deploys the current Mautic on PHP with a tuned MariaDB, HTTPS forced, the cron jobs Mautic genuinely requires all scheduled correctly, queued sending configured, and outbound mail through the managed gateway.
What managed covers
Platform, PHP, and database updates with snapshots first; daily snapshots plus dual offsite backups of contacts and campaigns; monitoring including the crons themselves; the managed firewall and a sending path with authentication set.
The app is $0. The managed server is the only bill, and everything above is part of it.
What does managed Mautic hosting include?
A Mautic whose cron jobs actually run (the number one self-host failure), whose emails leave authenticated, and whose database is tuned and backed up, at flat server pricing with no contact-count meter anywhere.
What does contact-based SaaS pricing really mean?
That your bill grows with your list even when your sending does not. Fifty thousand contacts on mainstream SaaS automation costs hundreds monthly; on self-hosted Mautic they are rows in your database. You pay for a server, not for remembering people.
Will my campaigns actually send?
Mautic's campaigns depend on a lattice of cron jobs, and broken crons are the classic silent failure. Ours are configured to the documented schedule and monitored, so a stalled segment rebuild is our alert, not your mystery.
How does Mautic fit the rest of the stack?
Feed it from EspoCRM on the same server, trigger flows through n8n beside it, and keep the whole funnel on one managed machine with one bill. MailChannels handles transactional deliverability; for high-volume bulk campaigns we will talk honestly about dedicated sending domains and warm-up.

Frequently asked questions
How much RAM does Mautic need?
4 GB is the realistic floor: segment rebuilds and campaign triggers are database-hungry. Big lists benefit from the Dedicated CPU family.
Can we send bulk email?
Yes, with honest setup: authenticated domain, warmed volume, and list hygiene. MailChannels covers the transactional path; sustained bulk volume is a configuration conversation we have with you, not a checkbox.
Do forms and tracking work on my sites?
Yes: the tracking script, forms, and landing pages serve over your HTTPS domain and work on any site you run, including a WordPress stacked on the same server.
