Email Account Management in Webuzo

How to create email accounts, set quotas, access webmail, and configure forwarders in Webuzo.

Create an email account

  1. Log into Webuzo Enduser Panel.
  2. Go to Email → Add Email Account.
  3. Enter the username (local part before @).
  4. Select the domain.
  5. Set a password.
  6. Set a storage quota in MB (0 = unlimited).
  7. Click Add.

Mail client settings

Webmail

Access webmail at:

https://yourdomain.com/webmail

Or from the Webuzo panel: Email → Webmail Access.

Email forwarders

Forward all mail from an address to another:

  1. Email → Email Forwarders → Add Forwarder
  2. Enter source address
  3. Enter destination address (can be any email, including Gmail, Outlook, etc.)
  4. Click Add

Email autoresponder

Set an out-of-office or automatic reply:

  1. Email → Autoresponder → Add Autoresponder
  2. Enter the address to add the autoresponder to
  3. Write the subject and message body
  4. Set start and stop dates (optional)
  5. Click Add

Manage existing accounts

Email → Email Accounts: lists all accounts with usage statistics.

Actions per account:

  • Edit: change password or quota
  • Delete: permanently removes the mailbox and all email in it
  • Suspend: disables login without deleting

DNS records for email

Ensure these DNS records exist for your domain:

MX record: yourdomain.com → mail.yourdomain.com (priority 10)
A record:  mail.yourdomain.com → YOUR_SERVER_IP
TXT record: v=spf1 ip4:YOUR_SERVER_IP include:mailchannels.net ~all
