White-Label Branding in RemarkablePanel โ€‹

RemarkablePanel is built for resellers. Your clients log into a panel that shows your brand โ€” your logo, your domain, your colors.

Configure your panel domain โ€‹

Your panel needs a domain (e.g. panel.yourdomain.com) that clients use to log in.

  1. Add a DNS record at your DNS provider: ``` Type: CNAME Name: panel Value: [your RemarkablePanel hostname โ€” from welcome email] ```
  2. Log into RemarkablePanel as admin.
  3. Go to Settings โ†’ Branding โ†’ Panel URL.
  4. Enter https://panel.yourdomain.com.
  5. Save.

Clients now access their panel at your custom URL.

  1. Go to Settings โ†’ Branding โ†’ Logo
  2. Upload your logo file (PNG recommended, minimum 200ร—60px, transparent background)
  3. Save

Your logo replaces the RemarkablePanel/RemarkableCloud logo throughout the interface.

Set brand colors โ€‹

  1. Settings โ†’ Branding โ†’ Colors
  2. Set your primary color (used for buttons, active states, links)
  3. Set secondary color if applicable
  4. Save

The interface updates to use your brand palette.

Configure webmail branding โ€‹

Your clients' webmail (Crossbox) can also show your brand:

  1. Settings โ†’ Branding โ†’ Webmail URL
  2. Set your webmail domain (e.g. webmail.yourdomain.com)
  3. Add the CNAME at your DNS provider (same as panel setup above)
  4. Contact RemarkableCloud support to apply your logo to the webmail interface

What your clients see โ€‹

With white-label configured, your clients see:

  • Your logo on the login page and throughout the panel
  • Your panel URL in their browser
  • Your brand colors
  • Your webmail URL
  • No mention of RemarkableCloud or Enhance/Enhance Panel

Your clients have no visibility into your infrastructure provider.

Point support and documentation links to your own resources:

  1. Settings โ†’ Branding โ†’ Support Links
  2. Set your support URL, documentation URL, and contact email
  3. Save

These links replace the default RemarkableCloud/RemarkablePanel support links in your clients' panel.

Managed hosting that actually manages.
