Webmail access

https://webmail.yourdomain.com

Or via the panel: open the mailbox → Open Webmail.

Email aliases

An alias delivers mail to an existing mailbox without requiring a separate login:

  1. Open the website → Email → Aliases → Add Alias
  2. Set the alias address (e.g. info@yourdomain.com)
  3. Set the destination mailbox
  4. Click Add

Mail to info@yourdomain.com now arrives in the destination mailbox.

Email forwarders

Forwarders redirect mail to another address (including outside your domain):

  1. Email → Forwarders → Add Forwarder
  2. Set the source address and destination
  3. Toggle Keep a local copy if you also want it in a local mailbox
  4. Save

Change mailbox password

  1. Open the website → Email → Mailboxes
  2. Click the mailbox
  3. Enter and confirm the new password
  4. Save

Delete a mailbox

Mailbox deletion is permanent: Deleting a mailbox removes all stored email. Export important mail to a local client via IMAP before deleting.

  1. Email → Mailboxes → find the mailbox
  2. Click the trash icon → Confirm

Email storage usage

The mailbox list shows storage used vs quota for each mailbox. If a mailbox is full:

  • New mail is rejected with a bounce
  • Increase the quota: click the mailbox → update Storage Quota → Save
