How Billing Works โ€‹

Billing cycle โ€‹

Cloud Cubes are billed monthly or annually. The billing cycle starts on the day you order.

  • Monthly billing โ€” charged on the same date each month
  • Annual billing โ€” pay for 2 years, get 1 year free (33% savings every month, every year)

First month pricing โ€‹

Every new Cloud Cube is 75% off your first month on monthly billing:

  • Basic 2GB: $8/mo โ†’ $2.00 first month
  • Shared CPU 4GB: $18/mo โ†’ $4.50 first month
  • Dedicated CPU 8GB: $40/mo โ†’ $10.00 first month

The discount applies once per new server. From month 2, regular pricing applies.

Proration โ€‹

If you upgrade mid-cycle, you are charged the prorated difference for the remaining days. If you downgrade, credit is applied to your next invoice.

The 500% SLA credit โ€‹

If your server experiences downtime, you automatically receive 5ร— credit:

  • 1 minute down = 5 minutes credited
  • 1 hour down = 5 hours credited back
  • No minimum threshold โ€” every minute counts
  • Automatic โ€” no ticket required, credit applied within 24 hours

Credits are applied to your account balance and deducted from your next invoice.

Payment methods โ€‹

Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and bank transfer for annual plans.

To update your payment method: client area โ†’ Billing โ†’ Payment Methods.

Auto-pay is enabled by default for saved payment methods. Disable it under Billing โ†’ Payment Methods if you prefer to pay manually.

Late payment and service suspension โ€‹

  • 3 days past due โ€” payment reminder sent
  • 7 days past due โ€” service is suspended (sites go offline, SSH still works)
  • 14 days past due โ€” service is terminated and data is deleted

Pay any outstanding invoice from the client area to unsuspend immediately.

Cancellation โ€‹

Cancel any time with no penalty:

  1. Client area โ†’ Services โ†’ My Services โ†’ your server
  2. Actions โ†’ Request Cancellation
  3. Choose Immediate or End of Billing Period

No refunds for partial months on monthly billing. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata for unused months.
