Webmail access

Plesk includes Roundcube webmail:

https://webmail.yourdomain.com

Or via Plesk panel → Mail → Webmail.

Email aliases

An alias delivers mail to an existing mailbox without a separate login:

  1. Open the email account → Email Aliases → Add Alias
  2. Enter the alias address
  3. Click OK: mail to the alias goes to the main mailbox

Forwarders

Forward all mail from one address to another (including external addresses):

  1. Open the email account → Forwarding → Enable Mail Forwarding
  2. Enter the destination address
  3. Choose whether to keep a copy in the local mailbox
  4. Save

Catch-all address

  1. Subscription → Mail → Change Settings
  2. Enable Redirect unmatched mail to address
  3. Enter the destination
  4. Save

Spam filtering (SpamAssassin)

Plesk uses SpamAssassin for spam filtering:

  1. Open the email account → Spam Filter
  2. Enable spam filtering
  3. Set the sensitivity (score threshold): default 7 is reasonable
  4. Choose action: mark subject, move to Spam folder, or delete

MailChannels outbound relay: All outbound mail from your RemarkableCloud server routes through MailChannels for reputation protection. This applies regardless of which control panel you use.

Mailing lists

For newsletters or group email:

  1. Subscription → Mail → Mailing Lists → Create Mailing List
  2. Set the list address and administrator email
  3. Add subscribers
  4. Send to the list address: Plesk distributes to all subscribers

Mailing lists in Plesk use Mailman. For bulk marketing email (hundreds/thousands of recipients), use a dedicated service instead.
