Apps / Odoo

Managed Odoo hosting.
One server, no app limits.

The modular ERP with a massive Spanish-speaking community. Installed and kept running by people who answer tickets.

What it is

Odoo is the modular open-source ERP: CRM, invoicing, inventory, projects, HR, and dozens more apps that share one database, replacing a drawer of disconnected SaaS tools.

Minimum RAM

4 GB

Fits on SC-4GB; SC-8GB is the comfortable pick with room to stack.

What we install

The playbook deploys Odoo Community with PostgreSQL tuned for it, HTTPS forced, workers configured to the plan's cores and RAM, scheduled actions running, and outbound mail through the managed gateway so quotes actually reach clients.

What managed covers

Platform, database, and server updates with snapshots before each; daily snapshots plus dual offsite backups of the database and filestore; monitoring, the managed firewall, and mail deliverability, the thing Odoo installs most often get wrong.

The app is $0. The managed server is the only bill, and everything above is part of it.

What does managed Odoo hosting include?

Odoo Community installed the way it wants to run: real workers, tuned Postgres, working cron, SSL, layered backups, and email that lands. The business system gets treated like one.

Odoo Community here versus Odoo Online?

Odoo Online is per-user, per-app pricing on Odoo's cloud. Community on your own managed server is the full core feature set at flat server pricing, with your database exportable and yours. The trade is Enterprise-only modules; for many SMBs Community covers the actual work.

Why does mail matter so much for Odoo?

Because Odoo IS mail: quotes, invoices, follow-ups, and portal invitations all travel by email, and a default install on a random VPS lands in spam. Here every message leaves through the MailChannels gateway with authentication set, which is the difference between sent and received.

Will you migrate our Odoo?

Yes, free: database and filestore move whole, version upgrades are planned deliberately (Odoo majors are real migrations), and you verify your workflows before the switch.

Stack it

Odoo runs well with.

Same server, no extra bill. These are the companions our team installs next to Odoo most often.

Uptime Kuma

+1 GB

The self-hosted uptime monitor everyone loves. Watch your sites from your own server.

Nextcloud

+2 GB

Your own file, calendar, and office suite. The self-hosted office anchor, with backups included instead of sold separately.

Frequently asked questions

How much RAM does Odoo need?

4 GB with Postgres is the honest floor for real use; more users and more installed apps scale from there. The Dedicated CPU family suits heavy inventory or manufacturing loads.

Community or Enterprise?

We deploy Community. If you hold an Enterprise license, the playbook installs it against your subscription code just as cleanly.

Are custom modules allowed?

Yes, it is your server: custom addons directories are part of the standard layout, and snapshots make module experiments reversible.
