How does the 500% SLA actually work?
If your server is down for one hour, we credit five hours back to your account, automatically, starting from the first minute of downtime. There is no uptime threshold to cross first, no claim form to file, and no exclusions doing quiet work in the fine print. Most SLAs only pay after uptime drops below a monthly percentage; ours pays from minute one.
What does "fully managed" include, and what does it not?
We manage the server itself, and the list is long: operating system, updates and hardening, firewall and intrusion detection, DDoS protection, the mail stack with inbound antispam and the MailChannels outbound relay, dual offsite backups with daily snapshots and weekly verification, proactive monitoring with centralized log analysis, SSL certificates, and restores when something goes wrong. You manage your applications and their content: your WordPress plugins, your code, your data. When the line is blurry, we lean toward helping: if a problem touches the server, it is ours.
How does the free migration work?
We plan, test, and execute the move from your current host at no cost, on every hosting product. You hand us access, we copy everything, verify it works on the new server, and coordinate the DNS switch for minimal disruption. The engineers doing the migration are the same people who will run your server afterward.
Whose infrastructure is this?
