What is managed reseller hosting?
Hosting you sell under your own brand while the provider runs the platform. You create accounts for your clients, set your prices, and keep the relationship; we keep the servers monitored, secured, patched, backed up, and the mail delivering. Your clients see you. They never see us.
Is it really white-label?

Both run the same stack: LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, and JetBackup; cPanel pairs it with cPGuard, AdminBolt with Imunify360. cPanel is the safe commercial choice because your clients likely know it. AdminBolt keeps your costs lower with no license fees, which is margin. The managed platform behind both is identical.
What happens when my clients have problems?
Platform problems are ours: monitoring catches them, our staff fixes them, usually before anyone notices. You handle your client relationship; we make sure the platform is never the reason they call you.
How do I bill my clients?
Most resellers use WHMCS, and our platform is fully compatible: your clients order, get provisioned, and are billed automatically under your brand. You can get a WHMCS license at a discounted price through us, or bring Blesta or any billing system you already run.
Can I use my own nameservers?
Yes, and they run on our global Anycast DNS network: ns1.yourbrand.com answers fast from the location nearest to each visitor, fully white-label. Your clients never see a RemarkableCloud nameserver.
Can I set limits per client?
Yes. You define your own packages: disk, bandwidth, sites, mailboxes, and databases per plan, and you decide what each client can access. Your packages, your rules; we keep the platform under them healthy.
Do you migrate my existing client accounts?
Yes, free, on every plan. We move your accounts over while everything keeps running, you verify, and the switch happens on your schedule.

Within 30 days you get every cent back, and whenever you decide to leave, we migrate your accounts out to your next provider for free, with the same care we migrated you in.
